thinking about steroids

 Hey i am thimking about using steroids. I am 27 years old and im 5'10 190lbs i dont want to gain but 10 to 15 pounds of lean muscle but dont want to hurt my body are my family ether by getting angry. I am not an athlete and dont want to compete in muscle shows but I do alot of deep scuba diving and spearfishing and just want to have more muscle and strength. I have tried all kinds of shakes powders you name it and nothing seems to work. And i train preety hard fo me I run 2 miles 3 times a week and work out for atlest an hour and a half 3 times weekly. Any suggestions will help. I also have don alot of research but everybody has a different view on anobolic steroids, I am asking you all because it seems to me that yall know alot on the subject.

    I was same, simple 500 test enth for 10 weeks with pct and you will achieve what you want with good training and good diet. Defo go for it

    That's because shakes don't put muscle on you. Training hard with heavy weights puts muscle on you. Unfortunately the same applies to steroids. It's not the steroids it's the training, so advice would be forget the steroids and change your workout so that you are actually training hard.

     Thank you stuart by looking at your picture you obviously know what you are talking about and it looks like you have also built a succesful business. I have not herd of yall probally because i am in the states and am not really into muscle magazines etc. But i am going to do your online program for a  year before i reconsider steroids.

    Then steroids are not for you, how long have you been training for? your goals can be acheived by diet and a good training programe and with consistancy.

    if "nothing" works then your doing it wrong, either your diet is crap or your training isnt that hard or a combination of both, steroids are,nt the only way to get big and unless you know hwat you,r doing you,ll be dissappointed with what you achieve imo

    started at 68kg
    PB,s
    bench: 170kg 3 reps cg 155kg single
    deadlift: 5 reps 245kg 1RM 260kg @knee height
    squat: 200 kg 2 reps
    clean and press 100kg 2 rep 110 1RM
    weight:108kg bf 14%~
