I wouldn't bother with mono, unless your cash flow is an issue, if not go with BSN Cellmass, I've tried chepaer and it did sod all but Cellmass although expensive £30 delivered from Ebay aint cheap it works straight away .............. having said that I've just finished my tub of Cellmass and I'm going to try Aviforms CEE, I'll post the results on this site.

Wrong buddy BSN Cellmass aint just CEE read the label, I tried Myproteins CEE tablets and they are junk they had zero effect. I've just finished my last tub of Cellmass and I'm trying Aviforms CEE we shall see what happens.

Perhaps someone with a bit of chemistry behind them could check out Cellmass and give an indication on what makes it work better than ordinary CEE.

ok explain why CEE needs glutamine in it and a uptake matrix as CEE itself passes through without the need for a delivery matrix. i know of creatine malate but from what ice read ive never seen any process that allows creatine to be esterified and malate at the same time. Creatine malate is when you combine it with malic acid, so unless they do something to regular creatine malate (mono) and found some way of improving without generating white papers, patents or even copyright info then i remain sceptical

Eh ? I've no idea but Cellmass works better than any CEE I've tried as I've said above perhaps some one with a better knowledge of chemistry can check it out.

it might simply be the Glutamine inside cellmass and the shot of carbs that comes along with it, i think the buzz you feel might just be a slight sugar rush as its got Maltodextrin in there too. I dont have no degree in chemistry but if youre willing to try some CEE powder mixed with some malto and some l-glut ill bet you get the same feeling and results

Cellmass aint plain old creatine mate its creatine with other stuff in it. Follow what the article says, get some CEE from www.myprotein.co.uk in tablet, or powder form (if you get powder get a flavour kit just in case you cant stomach the taste)

If I were you, I'd go for Creapure mono. The final choice is yours though

    all forms of creatine "work"

monohydrate does not work for everyone and it does cause bloat in a majority of users, but its still effective for "most" people.

CEE tends to work for most non-responders to monohydrate, and generally does not cause bloat. Reccomend PureCEE caplets, but a bit biased as the formulator.
