this is my diet while cutting.
this a typical days diet.
meal 1 whey in water, and 2 weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.
meal 2 pwo whey in water piece of fruit
meal 3 chicken(180g) in salad sandwich with granary bread
meal 4 jacket potato with tuna and light mayo/ or salad and tuna or trout
meal 5 new potatoes and mixed fresh veg, with meat usually pork/lamb/beef/ and 2 or 3 time a week fish.
meal 6 whey in milk (just as i go to bed).
i also take cod liver tabs and snack on small amounts of fruit between meals if i get really hungry.
training is normally 1hr 30mins-2hrs after first meal.
i do weights 3 times a week
and run 3 times (intense though really get the heart rate up).
it seems to be working quite well for me my strength has actually improved a little since starting to cut but then i start cutting after a 4 week break so strength was down any way. so aslong i can hold it steady i am not too bothered.
i tend not to worry about the my weight too much but i am look more at my waist measurements as i seem to store quite a bit of my fat there. for example one day i weighed in at 13st 2 about 33inch waist, i only dropped about 1.5 lbs but had lost another .5 of an inch off my waist.
tbh as it is working really well for me at the moment i am dropping the inches off my waist quite nicely i don't know if i would change it but i would like a few opinoins on it so if things start to slow right down i could adjust accordingly.
