time for a brief diet... getting too fat
right after a weekend of general abuse and lazyness coupled with well over 6 months of bulking. I need a change to keep my sanity and to get back into shape.
Im going to lower carbs and have them only 1st thing in the day and around training-portions are also going to be smaller.
Fats will be marginally increased to compensate for the reduction in calories from carbs and hopefully aid satiety.
heres my proposed diet:-
3am protein shake
8am 8eggs(2 whole) 3 large scoops of oats
10am half an MRP
12pm chicken breast, lots of mixed greens(broccoli, spinach and fine beans) 2 boiled eggs
6pm chicken breast, large sweet pot
PWO-30g whey and 60g cornflour
9-9:30 lean steak and loads of mixed greens, peppers and onions & carrots and medium sized jacket potato
10:30 tub of quark and 2 boiled eggs
i will also be taking 15g of omega 3, 7g with 12pm meal and 8g with 10:30 meal.
