time for a brief diet... getting too fat

right after a weekend of general abuse and lazyness coupled with well over 6 months of bulking. I need a change to keep my sanity and to get back into shape.
Im going to lower carbs and have them only 1st thing in the day and around training-portions are also going to be smaller.
Fats will be marginally increased to compensate for the reduction in calories from carbs and hopefully aid satiety.
heres my proposed diet:-

3am protein shake
8am 8eggs(2 whole) 3 large scoops of oats
10am half an MRP
12pm chicken breast, lots of mixed greens(broccoli, spinach and fine beans) 2 boiled eggs
3pm MRP
6pm chicken breast, large sweet pot
TRAIN
PWO-30g whey and 60g cornflour
9-9:30 lean steak and loads of mixed greens, peppers and onions & carrots and medium sized jacket potato
10:30 tub of quark and 2 boiled eggs

i will also be taking 15g of omega 3, 7g with 12pm meal and 8g with 10:30 meal.

keep output the same for now mate, drop carbs 25% and see where that takes you for now

Adjust with less and less carbs when progress slow, dont wanna use all of your ace cards just yet, taper down

also am i reading that right youre taking in 45g of fish oils a day?

slow and steady as per eddie

whatever approach helps you grow, will work in cutting

no need to go from high carb to high fat

    percentages mean very little tho

knowck off 300-500 kcals off where you are now
