to have a refeed

Hi im currently on a cutting diet which has been successful but i am feeling the effects of dieting, light headed. I was wondering whether I should have 1 high carb day on one of my days off to spike up my metabolism stop feling like crap. My stats are:

height 5,10
Weight 83kg

training 6 days a week
4 cardio sessions per week for 30 min each time

my macro intake usually is 270g protein 200g carb 50g fat

    how long have you had that intake for?

    Have you had any cheat meals/treats at all?

    Bf levels?

    I have been on this intake for around 2 months now, I usually do have a treat usually every 3rd week or so depending on if i feel like i need one. my bodyfat levels are around 9-10% i can see my abs but i do wana get my levels lower to bring out more definition especiall in the lower ones!

My stats are:

    height 5,10
    Weight 83kg

    training 6 days a week
    4 cardio sessions per week for 30 min each time

    my macro intake usually is 270g protein 200g carb 50g fat doesn't seem like enough food for your weight



    getting into sub 10 might require some experimentation

    if your lucky enough to do it, whilst retaining muscle mass, on a static diet then yay

    otherwise you will have to look into carb- cycling

    post a pic. you may be holding water or something else that may make you soft

    can we see your diet too please?
