too much cardio = lose muscle ?

At the moment im doing cardio with exercise bike and training with resistance cords, i havent trained with weights for a while lets say 2 weeks or so if i carry on doing the above will i lose muscle ?

    There is a greater chance if you are not doing weight training, yes.

    What is your diet like too? ? ?

    IMO yes. Why don't u train with weights? R u tryin 2 lose weight m8? IMO don't listen to people who say if ur tryin 2 loose weight its best to do light weights with very high reps/no weights, IMO its a load of bollocks, stick to heavy weights, medium/low reps as u would wen tryin to gain. If u do a bit of reasearch and ur diet's good and hav a mixture of cardio n weights ur still gona lose weight but keep muscle mass.
