too much or just right??

i am wanting to lean out and stay lean and toned all year round,

i do 4 weight traing sessions a week, mon, tue, thur fri

going to do 20 minutes of cardio after weight training 65% MHR and on wed and sat i do 20minutes cardio at 85% MHR followed by 20minutes at 65% MHR and play footy on sunday

it this fine?? or showed i do 30minutes of cardio after weight training, again at 65%MRH??

    First of all I never take my heart rate so I can't give advice in that area but we are all different so you will need to evaluate for yourself how you are prgressing with that amount of cardio.

    If you are finding it difficult to add mass then you could consider decreasing the cardio but if you are adding too much bodyfat then you could consider increasing the cardio.
