total beginer with serious weight training ADVICE WANTED

heres the situation am in guys ,i would really like to get serious with weight training mostly looking for size and strength but thing is i dont have a regime written up as i dont know whats best exercises to do but if anyone can write me up a regime id be lookin to train 4 or 5 nyts a week ! right now i only bench 60kgs and use 15kg dungbells but id really apreciate a full regime :) help a guy out !
i am 23 5ft 9 with quite a big frame im 230 lb but i must have at least 30/40lb of fat on thighs n stomach

    Do the dungbells smell bad mate.
     
    Have you had a look at the articles section, have a read around there then post up a routine and people can then add bits in.

    cool is there anywhere on here that show the best techniques for exercises?because i heard its counterproductive if i lift wrong !would u recommend working or certain muscle groups on a daily basis .or trying to cover whole body for a begginer?

    Can you not get someone at the gym to check out your lifting right. Personally I reckon you should just do a full body three times a week making sure your diet is good. Then assess where you are in 2-3 months. Different things seem to work for different people. Diet is the most important aspect of traiing imo. I trained for years just eating what I'd always ate and gained nothing. The days of waking and just having cereal or toast are long gone
