RE: training each body part twice a week?
i don't think you will get a verdict form us, only you will know if it works. i notice you say "i usually...." impying you've trie this before/for a while??? how has it gone so far?? personally i don't like supersets, but some do.
how old are you?? i ask this as [although i know little of what the product you've bought does] i am assuming it boosts test or has a similar effect, if you are under 21 you have plenty anyway, and as a begginner [no offence if you aren't] you don't need it either.
my suggestion, eat lots, sleep lots, and see how it goes.
