i don't think you will get a verdict form us, only you will know if it works. i notice you say "i usually...." impying you've trie this before/for a while??? how has it gone so far?? personally i don't like supersets, but some do.

how old are you?? i ask this as [although i know little of what the product you've bought does] i am assuming it boosts test or has a similar effect, if you are under 21 you have plenty anyway, and as a begginner [no offence if you aren't] you don't need it either.

my suggestion, eat lots, sleep lots, and see how it goes.

2 sets per bodypart is not enough volume for muscle growth at your level and working the entire body in a single workout is also not going to help you bulk at your level. You need to split up your workouts. Try push/legs and pull if you can only make it two days a week. To bulk up stick with 3-4 heavy compounds per workout in a 4x6 or 5x5 format. Drop the supersets. Eat like a horse. Save the money you are spending on "maximuscle testokick" and buy good food.

This is a large part of the problem. If you're always changing your routine your body never has the chance to adapt to a constant stimulus and get bigger and stronger. Changing your exercises every 12 weeks is all the change you need.

I don't understand what 4 sets and 4 exercises means. Can you post your entire routine? Thanks.

if ur a ma u should do somin like this
    Monday

3x10 - One arm dumbbell swings
3x8-12 - Two dumbbell clean and jerks
    3x5 - Turkish get-ups -
Take one-minute breaks between each set and each exercise.

    Thursday

    5x5 - Clean and jerks
3x10-15 - One arm dumbbell snatches
    3x5 - Janda Sit-ups

plus ur not eatin enough. 4 times is not enough. 6 times is, with the most important meal bein the one b4 u sleep. another good way to bulk up is to drink milk with skimmed milk powder in it and lots of it, and do remember to sleep alot at least 9 hours.

Mike - where do you do your back in that routine?

Plus do you mean you pick 4 exercises for each body part and do 4 sets of each of those exercises? If so i would change it
