training help

O.K so iv'e read so iv'e read through the cashmans thread and a few others but still theres things i need some help on. Firstly how long should i train for a day if im looking to make myself bigger. Keeping in mind the only equipment i have is 2 dumbells and a one of them big weights could someone show me a routine that i could do including how to do them and for how long. I dont know what sets and reps are and i dont understand why i cant train all my muscles each day it seems like i wont get any bigger. I will soon be getting a whey product through and my diet is ****, i eat wheetos in the morning noodles/tuna on toast 'lunch' and for dinner i eat what ever im given so any thoughts on how to improve. I eat a lot of **** imbetween to and also before i go to bed. Thanks

Heres a good one as for how long I find it best to set yourself a routine and give that area of muscle ample time to rest

post on the diet and nutrition forum about your diet you will get a lot more help on there

I would suggest in investing in some more weight equipment aswell like a barbell I got a weight bench and a 50kg barbell/dumbbell set for 110 quid
