training in 1 hours time need some fast advice

ive got triceps and chest today, thing is my left tricep still feels a little sore should i just train through this, its been a week since i last done my triceps.

    it shouldn't be sore a week after training it , are you sure it's not a slight injury rather than doms ? I never advocate training a muscle with doms directly.

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    A week is a long time for it not to have recovered. I wouldnt train it, definately not directly anyway. I would swap your days around if you can and give it more time

    when i flex it its like a pin prick sort of thing its strange to explain right on the tricep.

    You'll just make things worst; it's best to be safe... if you don't do it this week, you don't lose much, but if you do, you could REALLY screw it up.

    Maybe you could do some light exercise, like 15-20 reps - it's better than nothing and encouraghing blood flow will probably make it recover quicker for next week.
