trampoline

i bought a trampoline for the kids a few weeks ago,im here to tell you if you want to do cardio then use one of these you can feel every muscle in your body working after about 20 mins.it is very tireing and must do loads of good.it will also save wear and tear on your joints.has anyone else tried this?

Are we talking full-size trampolines or the smaller 'fitness' variety?

Always looking for 'fun' ways to get my cardio done - had not really considered trampolining before.

they are not expensive i just paid 150 pound for a 10 foot with the safety enclosure for the kids.but you can get them for much less as they are so popular now 40 50 quid will get you an 8 foot one.they are a fantastic way of exersising and very good for balance
