traps

i was given some advice on 3 day split about training shoulders on chest tri day. was told to add mil press but norm i do upright rowing for traps is this 2 b added aswell?

lifes a bitch then u die ?

    try m press intead of. i personally think upright rows are one of the biggest wastes of time.whats your routine at the moment mate...

    All depends on rest of routine

    I'd do military press for shoulders and shrugs or deads for traps

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    i do deads and on full extension i shrug so it works shoulders aswell. but didnt realise it got traps also

    pec deck isolation with
    3 sets incline bench 3x8
    3 sets skulls or pulldowns
    3 sets mil press

    back / biceps / delts
    3 sets deads with shrugs 3x8
    3 sets seated rowing 3x8
    3 sets bar curls 3x7 ( 21s) 7 low 7 high 7 full
    3 sets mil press

    legs / abs
    3 sets straight leg deads 3x8
    3 sets smith squats 3x8
    3 sets smith calf raises
    3 sets side crunches 3x 26 (weighted)

    mon wed fri train tue sat sun rest, no cardio yet as trying to bulk, eating well loads carbs and weight and protein shakes inbetween.
    age 36
    12 stone
    5ft 9
    no bodyfat as am hard gainer
