I started Apex 'Tri-Tren 150' 9days ago but I am cutting for a comp rather than bulking-up atm however I have gained 1pd and my muscles look and feel harder than this time last week.
Iâ€™m running 2ml/wk @ 150mg/time like yourself.
I suspect I will not gain a substantial amount of mass, probably only a couple of pds because of the diet Iâ€™m on, however, the Apex tri-tren 150 is a quality med IMO and a number of guys at my gym are running it with d/bol & Sust250 and have nothing but good reports about it as a mass/hardness builder.
As for your gains, 2kg or 4.4pds in 3week is a good gain and you should expect more depending upon your intentions (CUT or BULK) and cycle length as well as (which works for me);
Diet â€“ A good, balanced, high protein, high carbs, low-fat eating regime at 2.5 â€“ 3 hr intervals.
Training frequency & intensity â€“ 4 weight sessions per week 2-on 1-off 2-on 2-off training each body part once a week with 3 low/med intensity cardio workouts for approx 30min on non-training days.
Rest â€“ Get at least 8hrs QUALITY sleep each night.
I am only giving you my opinion here but if all the above are in-check i cannot see why you shouldnt put on another 4-5pds in the next three weeks and proberly the three weeks after that.
From looking at your stats id same some of the gains will be water as you are quite lean and you should expect to loose a few pds when you finish the cycle but with correct PCT i cant see why you shouldnt gain 8-10pds of LEAN mass on a 10week cycle.
