No, currently experimenting with giving them a rest and see if they grow, they get hit on overhead presses/bench presses so I want to see if I'm over working them.

I dont mean to derail but PauliE brings up something I just start to think about and try. I try to stick with West side training and have for 3-4 years. Normally I do Max effort then tris. My overhead push press would suck ass so I started doing push press, then lats, then if I had anything left tris. Would this be a better routine? Thinking of switching lats/delts every week cause which ever workout I do first gets hit harder cause I guess I have more energy =D

Ozzy is sure to reply, so Id just add in. I plan on sending my workout to you soon to see what you think but im going to take my time and do it in full detail.

good point PauliE.used to do a lot of sets for tris until i hit a sticking point.cut right back 2 month ago, now only direct tri work are 4 sets of heavy(ish) skull crushers following chest.in that time arms are up 1/2 inch

about 80kg, but after 3 weeks my tendons hurt like hell. I would watch when you do them and try to find an alternative

chaos' plan is a good one, i have done a similar thing recently adding military presses in after my max effort bench exercise. I train Lats on my ME squat/dead day though so i can work both hard. Look forward to seeing your routine bro...

As for skulls, im not a fan at all. It places pressure on the joints from a very unnatural position and i find it really painful on my elbows. IMO Tate presses, close grip, lying DB extensions (like a skull crusher but with db's) or bench dips are far more benefical.
