try this for a meal...

i dont no if this is a bb recipe but you can try it out. i like it. the measurements vary according to how you want it to taste... ok anyways... its basically just pasta, spinach and cottage cheese. for half a pack of pasta i used a whole tub of c.c and a pack of spinach. just cook the pasta seperately, put it in a big enough bowl to mix well, then when its nice and hot you add the cottage cheese so that it sort of melts, then you can add the cooked spinach. careful with the spinach cuz it could end up in one blob if you dont seperate it properly. you have ur ccarbs, protein and veg. i like it like that, but you can add whatever you like

How about putting the cottage cheese and spinach in some al dente canelloni, covering with some cooked down tomatoes and basil, sprinkle with a bit of grated parmagiano and baking in the oven for a while.

They don't sell it in Sainsburys. You'd think it'd exist, though.

sounds very good, i do that for lasagne, spinache and cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Very nice. remember not to reheat the spinache.

I don't have a pasta maker here (have one at home), even with one it's a ball ache to make it properly.

Why is it cruel? Are you dieting? If so, suffer.

    i use a similar recipe-

boil pasta, fry some onions, use 2 packets of chopped bacon, fry with the onions, cook 10 blocks of frozen spinach.

once the pasta has been drained, add a whole tin of campbells mushroom soup (the condensed stuff), mix in the spinach, onions and bacon and also a tin of sweetcorn. once its all been mixed together serve with grated cheese!

tastes awesome! although its not exactly high in protein! i like it when im havin a cheat meal!
