1. Diet looks very low on calories. Do you know what you're eating in terms of protein, carbs and fats? Your diet looks depressing and something tells me that at 17 stone, your body needs more fuel than what you're currently giving it.
2. Scrap the cardio. Hit your weight sessions with some intensity and resistance for 30-45 minutes, 3/4 times a week, so basically keep rest times down to a minimum- you'll be surprised at how much this hammers your cardiovascular system. Remember, when it comes to training, more isn't always better. Use the time you've just freed up to read a book or something.
3. Three months of overeating on junk food, things are bound to be slow (digestive system will have been trashed) so stick with it, give things a little bit of momentum. It could take a week, two days, threee weeks- just get that consistency going.
4. Hydration. Drink plenty of water.
