twice a day

i workout at home.and at fitness suite....twice a day 3 times a week......so i dont have big massive heavy weights
i workout at 4pm at home......mon.wed.fri....
3x8-12 for every exercise.....

incline Db press
flat Db press
decline Db press

Db seated Shoulder press
side lateral raise
bent over rear lateral raise

standing Db curl
single arm Db concentration curl
hammer curl

calf raises

fitness suite 7pm

seated machine row
single arm Db row

seated tricep Db ext
kikback Db

leg press
leg ext

10-15 mins ab workout..various
running machine 20mins

it only takes me 55-60 mins eachworkout.....as bro in law wanted to join fitness suite and i said id go with him....so instead of doin everything at home then doin nothin at suite..i split up my routine
is it a good idea?
am i doin too much.?
i can see changes in my shape...and i dont mind the 2 workouts a day...still leaves me a rest day and weekends free
suggestions please
