u confused me even more

Guys, you confused me even more, Do I do underhand chin ups or medium grip pull ups? and is medium grip about shoulder wedth in pull ups?


Dayone pull:
Deadlifts
close grip underhand chins
Dumbbell rows

Day two:
flat dumbbell bench press
dips
standing military press

day3 legs:
back squats
barbell siff legged deadlifts
crunches

    I like your routine, Colchester. I prefer close grip chins - found an extra half inch on my arms by switching to them. The only change I would make would be to move the military press second because I found my shoulders wasted by the third exercise but still good to go as a second exercise.

    I do

    Dips 4x6
    SMP 4x6
    Incline Dumbell press 4x6

    Works well for me.

    Colchester, it doesn't really matter which you do bro. I find that chins hit lats harder and pull-ups hit biceps harder, just a matter of preference as they're both pretty solid exercises. I reckon medium grip is just a touch outside shoulder width too.

    dude just lift, the main purpose of the program is to do compound movements and go heavy. what exercises you decide to choose is pretty much up to you.
