    you lose weight initially

beyond that the level of macros/micros and calories dtermine the effect

slash your cals to 1000 ED and knock out 5 hrs cardio differs from cutting cals by 500 ED and eating small meals rich in quality macros and micros

    similar to saying

"what happens when you jump out a window?"

1-do it 3 ft off the ground and not much
2-do it from floor 126 of canary wharf with a lump of concrete in your hand and your picture will appear in the sun the next day

be more specific please and for those responding please clarify starvation mode (definition) if used Vs fasting

if your energy deficit is too much then yes 'hibernation' the naturals safety mechanism will, kick in after a sustained period of very low calories and or high output

you will also be devoid of micronutrients very often which also leads to suboptimal health and functioning

What have u been doing to prevent your metabolism slow down too much pre-contest.

I'm sure u eat regulatrmeals to help rev it up so 2 speak but with the extra output v less cals do u think this has hindered u?
