under the muscle breast implant

Anyone ever felt one?

Can you still train hard? Seems it would put alot of pressure on the implant.

ETA: maybe i should have put this in general, if someone wants to move it for more traffic please feel free.

I don't think it's recommended for a woman who wish to keep weight-training...

I Know 2 figure competitors who have them under the muscle: doesn't look nice at all when they are in contest shape...

I don't understand how it could even work. Your not supposed to be able to flex those. and muscle feels nothing like fat.

bump for avril coz hers look (and feel) very natural and i think they might be under the muscle? GBL has hers under definately too but not seen many pics of her since they were done, but i know she said the recovery time before being able to train again properly was longer.

I always wonder how it doesnt look weird when they go under the muscle? most i've seen looks ok (but theyve not been competitors) but i dont understand how really?

in my opinion under muscle look a lot more natural, as the implant doesnt show as a stuck-on semicircle even when dieted, due to the layer of muscle smoothing the lines. as for not being able to lift heavy after, im on a new personal best of pressing the 35kg dumbells!

Are your's partially under or totally under? Also does it lift your upper chest muscle? What about the breast tissue on the outside of the muscle how do they keep that from sagging over time?

If you think about the angles it makes sense it would not pose a problem for training since they don;t press against the rib cage.

i was pretty much completely flat chested so there wasnt anything to sag, and there wasnt enough natural breast tissue over the muscle to take an implant anyway, it would have looked ridiculous. (on me, this isnt to say it is best option for most people) So mine were fully under. They flex same as they flexed before i had them, but now a larger mass moves up and down with the flexing (lol)

If implants are over muscle there is more chance of them sagging because the weight of the implant is supported only by breast tissue. The weight of my implant is firmly held in place with chest muscle. My surgeon basically told me mine can't sag and theyre stuck where they are long term. Which is good!!.

I can confirm that Liz's 'puppies' look good. I was surprised when I saw them as they do indeed look very natural.

Malika, do you have photos of the under muscle you are referring to when you say they look false in contest shape? No disrespect to ladies with them over the muscle but to me they look odd when dieted down but not sure I've seen under the muscle ones.

here's a montage of pics from when i was last dieted down, some of which which reveal about as much of my breasts as i care to show in public!!

You can see there is not really any visible curve of implant at the top, or any puckering of skin on implant as there is on 'overs'

I have no pics, but I saw 2 girls who have them under the muscle, who have competed at the world last year(one of them at the Uni), & I can tell you their implant just didn't look right.

One of them had them too high...

When doing a side-chest, the other girl's implant didn't look right(3rd at the World last year):
    http://www.worldfitnessfederation.de/nabba/frame1/nabba_p4_wm_06.html

TBH, I don't like the look of implant under the chest: a breast is not supposed to be "stuck" on the chest like 2 half oranges: doesn't look natural to me.

A friend has implant on top of the muscle, the "tear drop" shape, & you won't think they are fake...

    Liz,

is there a limit to the size of implant if put under the muscle?

are you sure the girl in the pictures are unders?? they look like classic overs to me. Overs have more the 'stuck on oranges' look when dieted.

There's a;ways a limit to size of implants, its limited by the elasticity of the skin and the size of the ribcage area. if you want to get much bigger than existing size/skin allows you would have to have them done in stages

Yes Liz, they are under: scroll down to the last pic, you can see her in the background...

Would you go for a bigger size later?
