unsure on what to do?

hi all, I'm a little confused on what I should do. I wanna start bodybuilding again after a long period out, but unsure if I should do cardio for a wile first to loose all my fat. I'm 22 about 5'7 and weigh around 14 stone. Would the best option be to do cardio at the gym till I get my bodyfat percentage within 10% ish or lower and then start a bodybuilding program. Or wud it be better to do like a cutting cycle and do boath at he same time?

    Why not combine a basic all over body weights routine with some cardio to help get in shape, then review this in, say, 6 months?

    Agreed - I've lost a stone since xmas and I do v.little cardio (due to injuries)!

    Do both at the same time, just tidy up on your diet and concentrate on building your strength with a some cardio here and there.

    I've just lost 3.5 lbs in a week doing resistance work with a rubber band...

    Back to training after a massive many year lay-off, doing it on the cheap vvv
