There are many alternatives to imageshack

Or you can embed the photos directly into your post, just click the "You may attach file(s) to this message" below the full reply box.

That option only embeds a small picture you need to click on to enlarge it.I still have not worked out how to embed a full size pic like many others post.

I have sussed out embedding a youtube video though.

In what way did it not work? What happened? What did you do?

How about the many alternatives to imageshack? None of those work either then?

I displays the resized thumbnail as a courtesy to the others users on the forum. That way they can choose to view your enormous image or not and it doesn't break the layout of the page.  If however you prefer to link to a remotely hosted image then just wrap the url in [image][/image] tags or click the button on the reply box tool-bar.

    Thanks David.

Don't wanna embed silly sized pics, just reasonable sized ones.

You have to make them bigger first before you upload them!

There are also the MT Photo Galleries and www.imgur.com which work nicely.

I tend to use photobucket as it allows a decent amount of usage and I can do some simple editing online when I want to add a note or blot something out.
