upper arm injury!? Hope not..

Hello,
I think I've strained a muscle or pulled a tendon on my upper right arm. On the right hand side of my bicep. I was lifting a crate of milk with one arm about 10 days ago and I think that's how I did it.

The thing is it's sore only SOMETIMES. Do I have to give up any bicep and tricep work now, it doesn't hurt when I do bicep or tricep work though, but occasionally on days when I do nothing it's sore. Weird, I thought with a strain muscle or pulled tendon you'd feel it all the time... How long do these things take to heal? I REALLY don't won't to give up my training for 3 months or whatever.. I was just getting into it.[V]

yea goto the Doc, if he advises you to lay off, then lay off. no point making the problem worste, i highly doubt you've pulled or ripped a tendon, its happened to me before. trust me you know if you have [:0]
if may be a strained muscle but if it was it should give you stick when you do any type of arm work .

    see the doc

lay off dude till you know the score, i just spent 8 weeks off because i thought i could train through a wrist injury, caused myself to have an operation. Trust me with little help from the guys on here the muscle is coming back twice as fast...it don't take long i obviously needed a break.
