upper pec exercise

is there a bodyweight exercise that works mainly the upper pec area???

    You will get the same response mate, just do heavy compounds to add overall pec size as it is difficult to isolate one particular region. Flat benchpress, incline benchpress and dips would be what I recommend. 5-8 reps 3/4 sets

    Like CC says

    Some people say you hit uppr chest with an incline, others disagree

    Just do benching and dips like CC says, so heavy and you'll get abig upper chest

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    you only get to worrying about upper/lower/inner/outer pec development once you have a lot of mass already. If you're not huge yet, just stick to heavy presses and dips IMO, and worry about the detail later.
