are there any vegetarian foods that help you bulk?

    loads man.

    lentils, legumes, seeds, nuts, grains, soya - and about million things made out of them.

    Ok, if you are struggling to put on weight and are already eating every 2-3 hours balanced stuff, try this:

    about 100 grams of nuts
    some fruit, dried, fresh of frozen, who cares!
    some soya milk
    water
    (for hardcore bulkers: some coconut milk)

    to a blender, blend until smooth and creamy, neck it and you have just consumed anything between 500-600 calories and perhaps around 25-30 grams of protein. I have these once in a while - but never too close to a workout

    soya milk
    one banana

    chuck in a blender

    plenty of protein there!

    I am struggling to put on serious weight. Thanks for the tips. I am eating oranges and bananas everyday.

    I think it's amazing that vegetarians can get out of bed let alone "bulk".

    98lb must put you in the top 2% of vegetarian bodybuilders.

    LOL thought I would have got flamed there.. quite a decent bunch you veggies. What you need to eat 98 pound weakling is nothing but grass and berries, about 4 tonnes a day should do it.

    nah, you don't want to end up the size of an elephant - and they don't even eat berries!

    Look at the feeble vegetarians like Bill Pearl and Andreas Cahling, those physiques should be enough.

    Before i was vegetarian I was only 8lbs 9 oz! Now I am 126lbs!!!!! It's amazing!!!

    I am not a pure vegetarian. I do eat meat once a week. Mostly fish.

    seriously though, any decent food can help you bulk as long as you eat enough of it, my bulking food was the same as my cutting food, just a bit more of it, lots of eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, as protein sources..and whatever carbs ,oats, rice, sweet potato, etc same as a meat eater.

    are you vegan, or will you eat eggs-if so, load up on them

    also, here in the US we have tons of vegetarian fake meat. mostly made out of soy. its low fat, and carb and really high in protein. just about every kind of fake meat you can think of.
    some might not like it, but my mom is veggie so i am use to it
