veg/juicing ?

Does anyone do this or have any nice recipes. At the moment I eat a **** load of veg ( about 10 - 15 80g portions a day) but I'd like a more convenient way to have it. Are there high quantity veg juices that dont taste like ****? Obviously a fruit smoothie would be an easy one to make nice, but i'd like to keep cals on the lower end

V8 tomato / veg juice and it’s variants is meant to be quite nutrient dense, most nutritionists say that it’s best to use it alongside fresh produce rather than instead though, doesn’t taste too bad either

Can you take peanut butter and honey atm ? I know you’ve a weigh in and stuff coming up, anyway add them to any smoothie to make it easily drinkable.

yeah, its more for after my fight. I want to relax my diet a little bit and eat a bit more of what I want and be less strict, but I'd still like to get plenty of good micro nutrients without needing to eat lots of bulky veg meals

you cant taste spinach or kale if you add it to a smoothie. Adding avocado gives a nice creamy texture. Also (although obviously not a veg) adding a little bit of xanthan gum give an amazing thick texture - if you like that.

Haha, I guess if you dont like something and its been mixed into a recipe you may be able to pick it out.

Maybe skip anything you really dislike.

I do now, I just tried to stick with it for so long because it’s so packed with good stuff...had to sack it off eventually, couldn’t deal with that ever present smell of soil and...ass 😂
