very minimal gains

ok i no im only 4 weeks this deca cycle but it aint workin as i expected it to.
diets very good, and im keepin tabs and writin everythin i eat and drink down.
i seem to of lost weight and bf, which is a good thing yes,i was expectin to blow up like a balloon due to water retention etc but drinkin 4 litres a day seems to keep it away.
i dont seem to of gained any strength at all,my partner seems to think he can see a diff, but i really cant.
i might of gained 1/4 inch on my arms but thats it.
so what to do then, shall i add a little somethin else?
or wait and see wot week 5-6 brings?
on other cycles iv seen noticeable diff all be it water retention.
i no females react diff on deca to men and all that.
im on 100ml havin no sides not so much as a spot, its not affected my monthly cycle (trust me) and iv actually not got the monthly blues.

You are NOT eating enough. To bulk up you NEED to get more food into you. If you are losing weight, you are not eating enough!

Thats assuming you are not cutting on Deca which would be horrible (shin splints, bloating etc).

I dont know a lot about female use of steroids but if your losing weight then you aren't going to gain any size are you. Definately more calories required. If you have lost bf and weight but gained a quarter inch on your arms then you should be well chuffed! Plus as mentioned deca takes ages to kick in so i wouldn't be expecting too much gain int he first 4 weeks anyway.

Deca does take a long time anyway to show results IME... but if you're losing weight I suspect like others have, that you're really not cramming enough food into yourself.

It sounds like you're burning fat but don't have enough fuel to make new muscle.

You don't say how long your cycle is, but I think you'll start noticing gains soon'ish, if you start chowing down on some good grub

    good luck with it.

So there's been very little increase in your bodyweight or gym lifts?

Give it a couple more weeks

If by that time there has been no increase in bodyweight or your lifts in the gym, I would have to guess your gear is bunk

Really mate? You dont think that the fact that she is losing weight would indicate that it is a diet problem?

Yes, we are all human in terms of the way it will build you up, in fact, women prolly build quicker since their bodies aren't used to any of these hormones! Our bodies are the same generic template thats changed simply by hormones.

That is a fair point mate

However I'm not sure what Billybob's goals are for this cycle, or what her diet is like. She mentioned that her diet is "very good", so I'm assuming that it's tailored to fit her goals. Perhaps she is cutting? Or going for a lean bulk? She did mention that it was a good thing that she had lost some bodyfat

But either way, whatever the diet, if a woman does not gain anything (water, strength, muscle) on 100mg of nandrolone per week then I'd have to question the legitimacy of the gear TBH. But it does need time, hence my recommendation to give it another couple of weeks. Especially if this is not a bulker, in which case gains will come much slower of course
