very very happy (bench)

broke my pb last night after a plateu for nearly 6 weeks.

set was
40kg + olly bar x 2 x 7
50kg + olly bar x 1 x 7
70kg + olly bar x 1 x 7
80kg + olly bar x 1 x 7 new pb

    Oly bar weights 20kg. Include it in your weight.

    well done mate, always get the oly bar weight on there, plus collar weight, plus the weight of any old suregrip and rust left on there, thats probably when you have really hit a plateau like me and your desperate for anything lol

    Nice one mate i remember breaking the 100 kg for the first time 2 plates a side know you have to go for three plates keep at it well done.

    bowman im not sure of the conversion from kgs to lbs but im 74kgs at the mo if that helps

    scruffy i havent tried the 1 rep max yet but i think its gonna be worth a shot just to find out.

    i was well chuffed bro.

    im not sure what you mean by the arse to ankle though but ive also been on this website which estimates my 1rm as 264lbs.

    I was refering to how low down you were squatting...

    Parallel - squatting till your thighs are parallel with the floor.
    Arse to ankles - beyond parallel, so you're arse is near your ankles !
