vid from todays session.

decided to start doin a few vids from my sessions as my journal needs some spicin up :-)
today was bench day, this vid was filmed after hittin triples and doubles up to 170x2 *2.
this is 140kx10 -
 i know i dont quite touch my chest, but... pah!
anyway..

    Depth might not win a powerlift meet, but they looked good, nice and controlled.

    At 140 x10, after 170x 2, you must be doing over 180 now?

    cheers guys.. dont get me wrong im under no illusion that the depth is perfect, but im not gonna enter a PL meet.. i do it mainly to keep strength up.. looks like im gonna be gearing things towards strongman training and obviously it isnt a lift thats needed there, but i love benchin :-)

    reborn- im not sur emate regarding the 180. the 170 felt very heavy today, managed 2 good  reps in the first 170 set, then a single followed by a very hard and shakey 2nd on the second set..
    i havent attempted 180yet and i doubt i will be for a while..

    cheers fella.. maybe i could if i just hit singles etc on the weights before it.. but i hit triples up to 160 today, then doubles etc.. plus im battling a sh1t ton of  niggles at the moment which are p1ssin me off massively..
