walkie’s journal – Mission SWOLE

Hi guys and gals thought I’d start a post SUC journal.
 
Straight after the SUC I pm’d Red Bull and had him right me up a post SUC plan, it was a radically different plan, his aim was bulking up my frame from my SUC photo’s. He reckoned I would gain over 30lbs in a week, lmao I’d never heard such sh1t, you’ll see below how I got on, I won’t divulge too many details but I’ve put key points of the plan below:
 
Pre workout nutrition
1 hour before - 2 lines of coke, 1 tin of Stella
20 mins before – 1 line of coke, ½ tin stella (drinking the rest during your workout)
 
Training
3 sets of T bar rows using a tea towel as I'm hardcore
3 sets of lateral raises
1 set DB Rows
1 set of BB curls
1 set of DB Curls.
 
PWO meal – McDonalds – Large quarter pounder with cheese meal + bacon, Coke (the drink) 6 cheeseburgers
 
Pre bedtime nutrition, 2 jalapenos
 
There were other meals as well during the day but I don’t want to give the game away

Cardio days
 
HIIT
 
jog to the local shop 10 mins – REST - wait at the till for the guy to have his lottery ticket checked 5mins
 
Jog to tesco 10 mins – REST wait at the self service whilst somebody puts a whole f**king trolley worth of shopping through 58 mins
 
Jog back to local shop 10 mins – REST – wait for pikey to pay his leccy bill at the till 20 mins
 
Jog home 10 mins – REST stop every 1 min to go through the daily facade of 'Hi mate, how are you? I'm fine, and you?
 
Recovery pack – For any disease or virus, instant remedy
Macci D's
Ibruprofen
Gallons of red bull
Sun bed 
 
That’s all I am really willing to give away tbh, all I can say is if you want gains FAST PM Red Bull

I went from 63kg – 80kg so a 17kg increase ~ 37.5lbs!!!! Couple of pics below!

    Walkie in your after pic I've never been that Fat, i think you need to PM me to alter the diet slightly, you know, make some tweeks. You may need a few more lines thrown in post workout

    Walkie in your after pic I've never been that Fat, i think you need to PM me to alter the diet slightly, you know, make some tweeks. You may need a few more lines thrown in post workout
    You told me it was solid muscle I gained on your plan? Might be a little fat but not much. I'll add some more lines though mate

    It may be something more minor Walkie. you may just need to swap the stella for Vodka. Remember get caned, sleep, monitor and adjust accordingly! Stay safe
