Why don't you post up your current routine, might help to modify it.

Has you compound only routine stopped working? And have you been increasing the weight each time?

You posted saying you had just found an all compiund routine on the 4th of march? has 7 weeks passed already? Werent you advised to stick at it for maybe 12 weeks.

Your old workout prior to that, wasnt all compound either.

What are you trying to acheive? sounds like you dont want to listen either way!
