    Yeah, you should definitely get on the gear without bothering to research it properly simply based on the opinion of a few strangers who know nothing about you, your age, style of training or diet.




    How old are you?
    What is your weight/height/body type?
    Do you train at the moment?
    What is your diet like? (Let's be more specific, list your diet in full for the last 7 days)

    beef mince an rice with other veg stuff in it round 8pm

    i plannin to add a 50g protein shake bet ween each meal so i get shhhhhit load of it an get like ma man ronnie coleman! i was thinking of bying amino acid tablets an take dem wit da shakes so i get more musle building protential and bying vitamine tabs cos i cant be fooked wit veg

    i train at home wit ma bruv wit our mini home gym i  don hav a routine i just do wat i want like bench shoulder press pullups bi curls hammer curls i do dat like 4 or 7 timz a week

    Best of doing a 10 week cycle. week one 200mg durabolin/trenbolone, week two, 400mg durabolin/trenbolone, week 3-10 600mg.

    A routine for you, if you want;

    Monday, Chest :
    5 x Smith Bench flat
    5 x Incline Flies
    5 x Smith bench decline
    Tuesday, Legs
    5 x Squats
    5 x Seated Calf raises 
    5 x Leg Press
    5 x Leg Extensions
    5 x Lying leg curls
    Thursday, Shoulders + Tris
    5 x Military Press
    shrugs 15 x 4
    5 x Reverse Flys
    5 x DB Tricep extension behind head
    5 x Tricep Pushdowns
    5 x Close Grip full incline
    Friday, Biceps and Forearms
    5 x Close Grip EZ bar curls
    5 x Concentration Curls
    5 x Lying Incline DB curls
    5 x BB curls
    5 x Hammer curls
    Sunday, Back and Lats
    5 x Deadlifts
    5 x V Bar Pulldowns (In front of head)
    5 x DB Rows
    5 x Bent Over 2 Arm DB Row

    Reps for each exercise are 5 each.

    You're looking to eat about 3000 calories a day.

    (I am replying despite thinking this is a bit of a wind up.)

    From what you have described here you have the wrong approach.
    You seem to be focussed on the end goal a lot more than the path to that goal.
    you cannot reach your goal without paying attention to the details along the way.

    IMHO 19 is pretty young to be starting gear.
    You have a lot of natural testosterone and could have quite a few years of great natural gains.

    Your diet is pretty terrible- get that and your training sorted before you think about gear.
    We have a dedicated forum for steroids here- you might want to post there as well.

    On the diet- you are having too few calories overall to bulk and too many of the wrong calories.
    Ronnie Coleman didn't get big from eating cocoa pops and crisps.

    You would be wise to look at your body type (ectomorph/mesomorph/endormorph) as they lose/gain weight in different ways.

    Vitamin supplements are in no way as good as getting vitamins from good clean food (ie fruit and veg).

    Training 4-7 times a week on the same body part is essentially pointless.
    When you start out give yourself 3 non-consecutive days of weight training- legs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, abs.
    The other days do 30 mins of high intensity cardio.

    After 6-8 weeks of doing that move to a split where you train upper body and lower body/abs, alternating with cardio.

    Day 1: Upper Body
    Day 2: Cardio
    Day 3: Lower Body
    Day 4: Cardio
    Day 5: Upper Body
    Day 6: Cardio
    Day 7: Rest

    Do that for another 6 weeks- then come back and talk.

    Big M!, what the hell are you doing recommending this guy to start a cycle? Did you not hear him? He said he's 19. And look at his diet! This is terrible, terrible advice, and its very very poor form giving out advice like this imo. Just suggests to me that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

    Having said that I'm pretty sure this thread is a wind up anyway.

    Better for him to be pointed in the way of a reasonable cycle than unknowingly cycle double the dosage isnt it?

    If he is going to take, which guessing this thread isnt a wind up, then he will take.  Best he gets advice on the right cycle rather than the wrong one!

    The guy does however say he trains 'wiv his bruv' at home, so I doubt he has a smith machine Big M. Might be wrong, but generally that training routine wouldnt work with a just a few bars, a bench etc.

    Hmm, I still think its irresponsible advice. He's basically suggesting that its perfectly fine to do a cycle right now, when in actual fact the OP should go nowhere near AAS for a very long time. He sounds like he's taking the piss anyway

    most people post about their cycling, their diet, their routine, and i bet very rarely do they change it. They just want us to tell them its a good idea which very rarely the case. I thought i may aswell tell him the appropiriate dosages rather than him wasting his money. lol.

    Sorry to say but it would be nice to be able to read this, and understand it. Without thinking you should have spent more time at school, but then again that would explain you lack of knowlege i take it you cant read, ?  

    On the subject of gear it sound like you are going to take it regardless, just do some research first, you dont want to end up front page history in your local rag, Headline reads Another young man dies from steroid abuse, more bad press for this sport of ours,

    wake 7.00pm
    4 wheatobix and small amount of skimmed milk + 40g protein shake + apple
    10.00pm
    2 slices of whole meal bread with peanut butter on it.
    12pm
    40g protein shake + banana
    2pm
    tin of tuna + peas
    4pm
    40g protein shake + banana
    6pm
    jacket potato + mixed vege + either piece of fish, or chicken
    WORKOUT
    8pm
    40g protein shake
    10pm
    50g micellar casein protein
     
    thats a fairly clean bulk diet, also fairly low on cals its better for a lean bulk. Also you seem to enjoy your chocolate and craps etc, (simple sugars) so you can always make 10% of your diet junk, quite a few people do this when on a bulk and it  won't have that much of a detriment to you.
