    huh?!

We have one those too if it what Im thinking of. Water is from the tap though, think the thing in the fridge has a filter but not sure.

Still though, its nice and cold and can add crushed ice.

once you drink bottled water for an extent amount of time the difference between the two is quite apparent.

I myself drink tap (got to have the Fluoride ey)

Yeah, it's filtered though.. and the ice it makes is from filtered water too.

I'll have tap water too.. or the one from those portable filter containers.

    BUT.. I prefer Perrier.

Glad we are on this subject as I need a vent

I have had one of these refridgerators for a year or so - and it has supplied me with unlimited, filtrered Ice and cold water all the way through the Autumn , winter & spring

Now the temperature has risen to the sort of level where cold water would be most welcome - the bloody thing has started churning out "room temperature" water

Anyway , we had an engineer out - who discovered that it was because of sunlight coming in through the window onto the freezer door !

We can't move the fridge , and don't much like the Idea of having no natural light in the kitchen - so we are screwed

Great ! so we have a grands worth of fridge technology which will only work when we don't really need it

Well... I'm guessing setting the freezer at a lower temp isn't possible?

Why not put ice in the water?

It's time to set your priorities straight... natural light.. or cool fresh-tasting water.. think about it.
