is it important to drink plenty of water while on gear? im asking because it,s something i find hard to do.

    best to get in the habit anyway mate.

    but on cycle no not anymore specifically, unless:

    a) you want to reduce bloat
    b) you are taking 17aa orals

    I usually have a big sports bottle of water and 'Robinsons' sugar free that I drink from at intervals throughout the day. I usually easily get through a couple so that's 2l. Then you'll no doubt be having drinks with your meals - it soon adds up!

    i drink around 4litre a day, buy bottle water its easyer to monitor your water intake
