weight loss diet advice?

ok i'll try again


meal 1,
option 1: 2 weetabix +skimmed milk, + 1 poop bar
option 2, shredded wheat/muesli, +skimmed milk + 1 poop bar

meal 2,
option 1
chicken breast (Average size) 50-60gm wholegrain rice, 100-150gm broc, 100-150gm other other green veg, (ie pak choi)
option 2
130gm tuna 100-150gm chicken breast 75gm wholegrain rice, 100-150gm broc, 100-150gm other other green veg, (ie pak choi)
option 3,
spaghetti bol, (80gm of wholewheat spag, 100gm lean beef)

meal 3,

4 oat cakes/or ww ryvita each with a dollop of cottage cheese or a spread of pb

meal 4,
option 1
mrp (either from myprotein or allin1)
option 2
wwp8's poop bar, (approx, 200+/- cal, 20 +/- protein, sub 20 carb)
option 3
quark (250gms) with options to taste

meal 5,
option 1
chicken breast (Average size) 50gm wholegrain rice, 100-150gm broc, 100-150gm other other green veg, (ie pak choi)
option 2
sweet pot
with cottage cheese and small egg white om (3 whites 1 whole)

option 6,

handful of nuts

meals 2+5 includes 1 tspoon of flaxseed oil,

a fruit with 4 out of 6 meals
water through out day


weight around, 12stone 4-9 pounds (depends ontime i weight myself lol)
5 foot 10.5
wanna lose body fat

exercise/train in morning before meals
