whats working for me at the moment is fasted weights in the morning followed by 10mins of sprints 30secs on 20rest. i make sure to start consuming my BCAA's and 5g creatine 15mins before i workout until it runs out intra workout, i then top it up with normal water and keep sipping until sprints as its important to keep hydrated.
can also be done with cross trainer or on a bike. I also fire in 1 strongman session a week and thinking of upping it to two ... but I've started prep for a show so strongman could be a little too much too soon for yourself but its always an option i suppose.
Consistency is key here as changes don't happen over night they take time but after 3 weeks of putting hard work in the small changes will be noticed no doubt about it.
