Lockedweights before cardio

weights before cardio

is it ok to do cardio of weights.

as the body is forced to use fat as its secondary source of energy when the first(i think glucagen-something similar to the spelling)is used up. wieghts use up the "glucogen" then weights burns fats.

im just wondering if it's ok and won't hinder my gains if i do weight lifting like this.

lifts;

bench press- 65kg-8
squat- 70kg-20
deadlift- 90kg-6
barbell curl- 25kg-5
skull crushers-20kg-7
lateral raises- 10kg-10

    Cardio on dif days if poss,if not after weight,if it has to be before weight then make sures it way way way before.Doing it anytime though if your on a cut is better than none atall but directly before weights is not good.

    there are loads of threads on the forum to suggest cardio after weights or more suitably in off days

    please just hit search or scroll down the forum
