weights v cardio

Been lifting weights, split routine, for six months now, back/bi, chest/tri, legs/shoulders, no cardio to speak of apart from warm up routine on rower, like to go four/five times a week, muscle coming, espeically arms shoulders, all teh tiem been on protein and weight gain supplements, eating well during the week, high protein, complex carbs and low fat diet, sometimes eating porrly at weekends, little beer at weekends but some whisky, noticed soem body fat on stomach and chest, yet also gains on chest, want to strip this fat yet keep the muscle that i have got? 5'10 11stone, 13% body fat, thinking of adding twenty minutes of intense cardio to each workout and keep stricter diet at weekends, any advice appreciated

    TBH you will have minimal muscle mass if you need to cut at 11 stone

    give up weights = any you do have

    better still? clean your diet up and add lean weight without needing to cut when you hit 11 stone
