westside olympic lifting

in the past i trained just for the o lifts but changed to powerlifting about 9months ago, anyone got any ideas how i can incorporate both in a westside style routine? ps. my DL is still pants

    The easiest to incorporate olympic lifts into westside is to use them on your dynamic effort leg day. Instead of doing speed box squats or what ever you do, do snatches or something.

    .......and if you want to focus on olympics but still stick to westside system, trying snatch grip deads as an assistance exercise on your max effort leg day.

    chers i tried combining both before but when i make gains in one the other goes up the creek but im sure it can be done
