    Hi Scott,

Most Methyl based Boosters are quite potent on the liver and will certainly give you greater gains than natural boosters (such as Tribulus) and you will notice weight gain certainly.

Always make sure PCT is taken after and Liver support is used throughout (such as Perfect Cycle etc).

Out of curiosity, what age are you?
This plays a factor where testosterone boosting becomes needed and effective.

Hmm, looking at the info for this it's tribulus and tongkat (longjack) made to look fancy by methylating it.

I honestly can't see how this is worth it, and if i was going to run something methylated i would use a proper steroid, not a "methylated herb".

Try looking at the Anabolic Xtreme stack:

Mass FX / Mass FX Max Strength
    Hyperdrol X2

If you only want to go for 1...Mass FX Max Strength is probably the more potent of those 2.

    Other things to consider:

    Gaspari Novedex XT
ALRI Jungle Warfare (though may be a little extreme for you based on the above)
    ALRI BAM

All those products get good reviews, and you'll probably see very decent results from. :)

I've tried a few different supplements, hormonal and non-hormonal, and honestly, the non-hormonal ones have seemed pointless. Especially for you as a 23-year-old who should be swimming in natural testosterone anyway.

I reckon you'll get better results by mixing up your training routine than by taking a non-hormonal supplement. And of course, that's free.
By "mixing up your training routine" i mean doing a different rep scheme, or a different set of excercises, maybe add in the 20 rep squats scheme for one workout a fortnight.

If you're interested in this, post in the routines forum, i'm sure you'll get plenty of help.

I think it's worth increasing your protein intake from animal sources too.

I know when I eat **** loads of beef, I tend to find strength improvements, which I think is down to:

    - increase in protein g's
    - increase in saturated fat (which tends to boost testosterone to a degree)
    - increase in overal cals

A mistake many using the PH approach make. They can be as full of side effects as any AAS. OTC does not make them safe.
