what cardio
i just started training i wanna gain as much size and strength as poss. at the moment i am carrying to much body fat in particular a beer belly. my question is i wanna drop the gut but dont wanna compromise and size gains should i do high intensity [running] or maybe low intensity[walking/biking]. the gut gotta cheers guys .....oh i am working on the diet i know this is very important i just need to know about the cardio. thanz
