for me chest is a very delicate body part that needs focus to develop great gains and mass. you should focus on what you do in your chest routines. PROPER FORM is the best policy!!! second REST!!!, dont overtrain your chest do it once every 5-7 days. i can share you my chest routine for great gains and mass.
bench press 4 sets- 10 reps, 8reps, 6 reps, 4-6 reps
inclined bench press 3 sets- 10 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps
closegrip bench press( chest version)grip should be 12-14 inches apart 3 sets- 10, 8, 6 reps
dips 2 sets- up to failure
