what do you think about this for cutting?

im currently cutting for my holiday, any feedback please

AM

Monday Long jog
Wednesday HIIT + Abs
Friday Short Jog + Abs

PM

Monday Legs + Biceps
Tuesday Shoulders + Triceps
Thursday Back + Biceps
Friday Chest + Triceps

    Why u doing so much for arms? And whats a short jog and whats a long jog? So u do nothing all weekend training wise?

    because i feel that biceps are small muscles that need doing twice.
    longer jog on monday because i have more time in the morning
    and no weekend workout, I have other things to do at weekends

    You dont need to train them that much. Its overkill. Ur bi's get hit when u do back and ur tri's get hit when u do chest, thats without directly working them. Might be worth putting up your whole routine. Also whats the diet like? Are u losing weight at the moment with what ur doing?
