just takes a bit of effort, and getting into a routine, an extra 10 mins preparing food a day in grand scheme aint a lot. We all get p1ssed off with getting food ready all the time - well i certainly do! I eat 3 of my 6 meals at work.

I always take in 4 meals to work. Usually chicken, rice and veg x2, tuna pasta salad x1 and one homemade MRP shake. Sometimes vary carb sources ie sweet potato, granary bread etc..
Also a bag of almonds on my desk for those EFA's :)
There's always spare whey shakes and MRP's here stashed just in case I can't make a complete food meal/don't have time to eat..
I think there's even some CNP flapjack bars somewhere underneath my paperwork

As much as I like them I get fed up of tuna sarnies twice everyday. Just started taking in BigFella's protein bars - gave my GF the recipe and they're great. I might try batching up some pasta for a few days.

Jesus you've got it made! You never know when the baby pops out maybe my gf will do the same.....(very wishful thinking!!)

Today i took a tin of heinz tomato soup, a tub of fruity rings (cornflakes) some sandwiches and some crackers with cheese into work but gave into temptation and had a sausage supper with curry sauce outta the chippy!

Seriously tho if i was on the BB'ing bulk diet i would have:

9.45am - Toxics MRP shake or Egg mayo sandwich (would have sandwich if i had a liquid brekkie)

12.30pm - Some kind of chicken/beef meal with veg (already cooked just micro nuked)

    15.30pm - Toxics MRP shake

tbh i probably spend a good few hours on a sunday buying and then preparing food but, as you say, you get out what you put in. it also means that during the weekdays im not rushing around at 1030pm trying to prepare 3 meals at once; which was what i was like when i first started.

i can understand why people find it difficult though...

btw cottage cheese and brown rice isnt a meal outright...
