what have you done today to make you feel proud?

just spent the whole of the last week totally redoing both front and back gardens at my other place

demolished fencing and put up some new ones - good fun you know

i particularly enjoyed swinging that sledgehammer to knock those spikes into the lush grass

looking at the gardens now they look wicked and made me feel good to know that i did that myself

anyone else have any experiences to share?

Hmm. i've been a bit of a moody cow today! I killed several giant ants that were invading my flat and shouted back at a man who shouted at me for cycling on the cycle path.

*hangs head in shame and waits for bad karma, especially from the ants*

Put the weight up on my close grip chins
    Increased my reps on dips
    Nearly did the splits
Made it to work without killing myself when the alarms went off at 5.30 this morning.

    I'm easily pleased you see.

A co-worker with diabetes went unresponsive this morning at a company meeting. Pale, sweaty, constricted pupils, barely responded to his name, couldnt eat or drink... I took care of him untill the ambulance came and got some sugar into him. He took too much insuline this mornin'. Blood sugar was 43.

Afterwards he thanked me for looking out for him, made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
