what is incline dumbell fly
how do i do skullcrushers? and what is incline dumbell fly?
im new and have just started `cashmans routine` and im unfamiliar with some of the
terms can anyone please explain how i go about the 2 techniques above, this is todays sets from the plan
5 Min warm-up
Dumbell Flat Bench - 4 sets 6-8 reps
Weighted Dips For Chest - 4 sets 6-8 reps (last set to failure)
Incline Dumbell Fly- 4 sets 6-8 reps (last set to failure) (Lay so head is at the top of the bench)
Skull Crushers - 3 sets 6-8 reps (or close grip bench press)
overhead cable presses 3 sets 6-8 reps (last set to fail) (or close grip bench presses)
i assume the overhead cable presses are standing with back to cable put hands over behind head and pull the cable then extend forearms to bring triceps into it?
and what does a close bench press look like? same as seated bench press or diff machine altogether?
