    do both

    used to do flys off and on but now ive changed my routine round and included them with each session. My chest day looks like this now;

    Incline BB press,
    Hammer strength seated bench press,
    incline DB flys,
    cable cross overs.

    Flys do make a big difference, but not everyone will agree

    Yeah defently agree, do both, i prefer to do my flat bench and incline with a barbell, but, i sometimes switch incline with dumbells. I think dumbell flys r a great chest exercise, i love doin them at the end of my chest day, makes my pecs twitch like crazy.
