as per title, and why do people take it?

    Because is low in carbs and it's a slow releasing, it's also nice mixed with Whole Earth Peanut butter or Cadbury Options, it's a good meal before you go to bed, many on here swear by it.

    It is an excellent source of protein and extremely low in fat.

    OK calm down Cilla lol.

    I have had it with PB (OOO-ERR!) and it was palatable ....actually I think the Options flavouring added to it was a bit better.

    go get some and do this NOW.

    Add a dollop of Quark with Whole Earth Peanut Butter on an oat cake.

    Then cream it with salmon paste made with crushed tinned red salmon.

    Add an olive on top to finish.

    And tell me that wasn't delicious? Sometimes I add blitzed sesame and pumpkin seeds ontop too.
