RE: what sort of diet on pro-hormones
Its all dependant on training style, intensity, you present weight, body comp etc etc. So it is completely individual for a trainer as to what they would do.
But to give you some idea I will attempt to explain how I tackle it this area of my training.
I like to think of it like a set of scales. If I feel like I am tipping to far to the fat side of the scales I will counter act it with less calls or more cardio. If I feel my strength is dropping too much (which is important for me) I will lower cardio and upp cals.
I am currently on PP consuming around 5,000 cals per day weighing 16 stone 12lb at around 19%bf. Im gaining weight but not fat at present. My strength is going up nicely so I will maintain at this level. But if my strength gains slow down at any point on this cycle I will upp cardio as my main objective is strength on this cycle.
You can cut on any compound as far as I am aware but some are better than others. PP is not one of the best for cutting.
M-Dien/ EPI or Halo/Epi stacks would be better suited to what you want by the sounds of it. You could run these at just above maintance cals and get a god body recomp effect. Leaving you lean and slightly bigger for the summer.
